Що ми збираємо і хто це бачить

Ваші відповіді на запрошення (прийдете чи ні), імʼя вашого супутника, побажання щодо харчування (необовʼязкові) та ваше повідомлення бачить лише пара, яка вас запросила. Ці дані зберігаються в її весільному плані, і пара може переглянути, змінити або видалити у своєму застосунку все, що ви надіслали.

Хто обробляє вашу IP-адресу

Сторінку розміщує Vercel, а від ботів її захищає Cloudflare Turnstile. Обидва сервіси обробляють вашу IP-адресу від нашого імені, щоб показати вам сторінку та відрізнити людину від бота.

Захист від зловживань

Щоб захистити сторінку від зловживань, ми рахуємо запити за відбитком вашої IP-адреси. Відновити адресу за відбитком неможливо, і ми видаляємо його не пізніше ніж за 48 годин.

Перегляди карток підрядників у застосунку

Коли ви відкриваєте картку підрядника в каталозі застосунку Nolia, увійшовши в акаунт, у якому зберігається ваш план, ми записуємо цей перегляд, щоб показати підряднику загальну статистику його картки. Якщо ви не входили в акаунт, якщо план зберігається лише на телефоні або якщо ваш доступ до плану призупинено, ми переглядів не записуємо. Перегляди самого підрядника і перегляди з боку Nolia не рахуються. Підрядник бачить лише числа: скільки людей переглянуло картку за день. Хто саме її переглядав, він не бачить ніколи. Щоб рахувати одну людину раз на добу, ми тимчасово зберігаємо в технічному журналі ідентифікатор вашого акаунта і видаляємо його протягом приблизно 72 годин. Загальні числа без жодних ідентифікаторів зберігаються до 61 дня.

Стрічка «Ідеї» у застосунку

Зображення у стрічці «Ідеї» завантажуються напряму з Unsplash і зі сховища Nolia (фото, які підрядники опублікували за згодою пар). Ці сервіси бачать вашу IP-адресу так само, як під час перегляду будь-якого зображення в інтернеті. Жодних даних про вас ми їм не передаємо. Стрічку можна переглядати без акаунта.

Помилки

Дані про технічні збої на наших серверах збирає Sentry. Перед надсиланням ми прибираємо з них усе, що може містити ваше особисте посилання.

Ваші права

Ваші дані зберігаються у весільному плані пари, тож найшвидше буде написати парі: у своєму застосунку вона може показати, змінити чи видалити все, що ви надіслали. Якщо посилання потрапило до чужих рук, попросіть пару відкликати його. Старе посилання одразу перестане діяти.

Список подарунків: публічна сторінка

Якщо пара опублікувала свій список подарунків, сторінка nolia.com.ua/{її адреса} відкрита для всіх. Кожен, хто знає адресу, бачить імена пари, дату весілля та список подарунків: назви, нотатки, суми, посилання й фото, які додала пара. Імен тих, хто вже щось обрав, на сторінці немає. Початок адреси застосунок пропонує з імен пари, і пара сама підтверджує його перед публікацією, а в кінці ми додаємо короткий випадковий код, щоб список не можна було знайти, вгадавши імена. Щоб зняти сторінку з публікації, парі достатньо написати нам, і за кілька хвилин сторінка перестане відкриватися. IP-адреси відвідувачів обробляють Cloudflare Turnstile і Vercel. Щоб рахувати запити, ми зберігаємо лише відбитки IP-адреси та адреси сторінки, за якими їх не відновити, і видаляємо ці відбитки не пізніше ніж за 48 годин, так само як на сторінці відповіді на запрошення. Якщо гість бронює подарунок за своїм особистим посиланням, ми записуємо вибір його родини, і пара бачить його у своєму застосунку. Скасувати бронювання можна за тим самим посиланням або через пару.

What we collect and who sees it

Your answers to the invitation (whether you are coming), your companion's name, your dietary notes (optional) and your message are visible only to the couple who invited you. This data is kept in their wedding plan, and the couple can view, change or delete everything you sent from their app.

Who processes your IP address

The page is hosted by Vercel and protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. Both services process your IP address on our behalf, to show you the page and to tell a person from a bot.

Protection from abuse

To protect the page from abuse, we count requests by a fingerprint of your IP address. The fingerprint cannot be turned back into the address, and we delete it within 48 hours at most.

Vendor listing views in the app

When you open a vendor's listing in the Nolia app's catalog while signed in to the account that holds your plan, we record the view so we can show the vendor aggregate statistics for their listing. If you have not signed in, if your plan is stored only on your phone, or if your access to the plan has been suspended, we do not record views. The vendor's own views and views by Nolia are not counted. The vendor sees only numbers: how many people viewed the listing per day. They never see who viewed it. To count one person once per day, we temporarily keep your account identifier in a technical log and delete it within about 72 hours. The aggregate numbers, with no identifiers, are kept for up to 61 days.

The «Ідеї» (Ideas) feed in the app

Images in the «Ідеї» feed load directly from Unsplash and from Nolia's own storage (photos vendors published with the couples' consent). Those services see your IP address the same way as when you view any image on the web. We send them no data about you. The feed can be read without an account.

Errors

Sentry collects data about technical faults on our servers. Before anything is sent, we remove from it everything that could contain your personal link.

Your rights

Your data is kept in the couple's wedding plan, so the fastest route is to write to the couple: from their app they can show, change or delete everything you sent. If your link has ended up in the wrong hands, ask the couple to revoke it. The old link stops working immediately.

The gift list: a public page

If the couple has published their gift list, the page nolia.com.ua/{their address} is open to everyone. Anyone who knows the address sees the couple's first names, the wedding date and the gift list: the gift titles, notes, amounts, links and photos the couple added, but not the names of guests who already picked something. The app suggests the start of the address from the couple's names, and the couple confirms it themselves before publishing; at the end we add a short random code so the list cannot be found by guessing the names. To take the page down, the couple only needs to write to us, and within minutes the page stops opening. Visitors' IP addresses are processed by Cloudflare Turnstile and Vercel. To count requests we store only fingerprints of the IP address and of the page address, which cannot be turned back into either, and we delete those fingerprints within 48 hours at most, the same as on the invitation reply page. If a guest reserves a gift through their personal link, we record their household's choice, and the couple sees it in their app. The reservation can be cancelled through the same link or through the couple.
